We are holding our Annual Moving On Event virtually this year, due to current restrictions.

This event is to support the transition into adulthood for Young People with SEND.  There will be a variety of education and

social care providers who have joined us and are showcasing their offers on our pages below.

Whether you want to continue your studies, access training, gain employment or just want some information and advice then
