Tanya - Wednesday and Thursday
Teaching assistants: Flick, Laura and Eleanor.
Lunch assistant: Helen
We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and Development Matters documents which cover seven areas of learning which are as follows:
Caterpillar Class learn through a combination of Planned Play and Adult Directed activities both indoors and outdoors. Learning outside is really important for our development.
In Term Three we will be focussing on the topic ‘The Imaginary World, and we will be learning through a range of different ‘Supertato’ texts.
We will continue to explore our topic through a range of different sensory activities, so we might get messy at times. It is really helpful if we can have some spare clothes at school.
We hope you will enjoy looking at all of the things that your children have been up to on Tapestry, and we encourage you to comment and upload your own contributions. We always comment back and like to share this with your children.
Reminders:
Thank you to everybody for providing welly boots and waterproofs, it would be great if you could also provide spare clothes including socks.
