We have received the following email from 'The Family Fit Club' with a link to their YouTube channel:
My name is Mark from Just Do Sport and The Family Fit Club and I would like to show you what the amazing children at one of our schools have been getting up to! They have created some fun themed workout videos that children and their families can access completely free on Youtube. The videos are for all the family, regardless of their age or ability and were designed by the children and PE teachers to ensure that that all children stay engaged and have fun!
The Fit Club Children are passionate about helping other children stay ft during these unfortunate times and are keen to help others keep their fitness and energy levels as high as possible!
There is no equipment needed and the children have come up with a variety of themes to keep them interesting. These themes include super heroes, the olympics, music, dance, sport and many more!!!
We would really appreciate your help and would be extremely grateful if you were able to forward our videos and let the Families from your school know via parental etc so we can all help keep our children fitter and healthier through the next few months.

real PE at home – online learning resources
real PE at home includes an online programme which supports families to be active, play and learn together. It includes a programme specifically for children in Early Years and Key Stage 1 with 12 themes, 6 areas, over 250 activities and challenges and 1000s of hours of fun and activity. This programme is also great for family play and fun.
It also includes a programme for children in Key Stage 2, with daily and weekly guidance provided for both programmes (starting from this week) in addition to an option to choose your own themes and activities.
There are so many benefits to being active, not only to our physical wellbeing but also to our emotional and mental health, especially in such testing times for all of us.
