Swale Spectrum
Swale Spectrum is a support group for those people who care for someone on the Autism Spectrum or who have ADHD. We aim to help families who are at any stage of diagnosis but are not medical professionals and therefore only offer opinion and support.

We are a support group which was established in 2012. We meet, weekly, on a Friday afternoon from 3:30pm onwards at the Healthy Living Centre in Sheerness on the Isle of Sheppey.
We offer information, advice and guidance as well as training on ADHD, Resilience, Coaching Young People for Success and Psycho-education support for ADHD.
